In our work together, you set the pace. We will focus on what matters most to you and I will guide you thru a session designed specifically for your unique needs. The goal is that you leave sessions feeling grounded, clear, and supported.
I use a 0 - 10 scale, where you decide where your current emotional state is, 0 being calm and unworried, 10 being highly agitated or upset. During the session I will ask you to consider your current state at the moment with the ultimate goal of you recognizing a level of 0.
