Morning Qi Gong

Here is my own morning exercise routine featuring Qi Gong.

This is an ideal form of exercise to do every morning when the air is fresh and you are starting a new day. It uses a process called cloud hands, like pushing clouds away with your hands.

Finish by squeezing an imaginary ball as it gets smaller and smaller in your hands and then place your hands on your stomach area and finish by placing them over your eyes, sending all of your energy into them. A good process for healing diabetic eye conditions.
