Advanced Heart Centred EFT Tapping Protocol

Round One

Establish the emotion to tap on with the client and use their words from the information you have gathered to place after the “even though I have this anxiety” statement.

This is a statement of fact and brings out the energy or resonance of the problem and brings it alive in the body and the energy system, we are using the global term [anxiety] as an example in this tapping session.

Ask your client to start tapping on the Karate chop and repeat the following whilst saying it out loud.

“Even though I have this [anxiety] – and it wears me down, stresses me out, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and out of control – I accept myself in this moment of time”.

“Even though I have all of this [anxiety] – and it makes me feel tight, fearful and it leaves me dizzy – I accept myself in this moment of time”.

“Even though I have all of this [anxiety] – and it makes me frightened about the future and what it may bring – I accept myself in this moment of time”.

Ask them to count out loud starting from 5 down to one as they tap each point illustrated.

Starting at the top of the head from 5 down to 1 on the wrist and then ask the client to close their eyes as and when they are ready to do so.

Encourage them to go deep down into their heart whilst holding their hands in that area, wherever they feel their heart is.

This is not always the real heart position but this is not important as we are working on the energetic feeling of the emotional heart and moving away from trying to get things right or encouraging conscious thinking.

As they do this ask:

“can you feel the [anxiety] in your heart”? (Make a mental note of any information they offer)

Leave a pause and then ask:

“As you focus on this feeling in your heart do you have any thoughts, images, movies, tastes, smells or any other emotions and feelings as you focus on your heart”?

Leave a pause for a moment and then ask:

“Do you have any feelings anywhere else in the body when you focus on this [anxiety]”?

Make a note of what that offer up to you and you can use those words in the next round or simply use the same words as before but this time admit you still have some of the issue by saying: “Even though I still have some of this [anxiety]” etc.

Get them to open their eyes as and when they are ready to do so, taking a few deep breaths and coming back into the room.

Round Two

Ask your client to start tapping on the Karate chop and repeat the following whilst saying it out loud.

“Even though I still have this [anxiety] – I choose to be open to limitless possibilities beyond what I can currently see and I accept myself in this moment of time”.

“Even though I still have some of this [anxiety] – I am open to new ideas, inspirations, ways of being in the world, for my highest good, as they rise up to support me”

“Even though I still have some of this [anxiety] – I release and forgive myself and anyone else who may have created this for me”.

“I am now releasing all and any negative thoughts around this [anxiety]

  • Any beliefs
  • Attitudes
  • Any emotions and feelings

that may be connected to this anxiety”.

“I deeply and completely love and honour myself for taking this important step, that supports me in this moment of time, and into my future”.

Count out loud down from 5 to 1 as you did in the first round whilst using the points illustrated in the example and then ask the client to close their eyes as and when they are ready to do so

Encourage them to go deep down into their heart whilst holding their hands in that area.

After a pause ask them to rise up slowly and gently above their head floating up into their spirit or higher self, looking down on themselves and all that is going on for them now in this moment of time.

Pause for a moment again and then get them to float out into their future in whatever direction feels right for them, going way into the future after the time when this feeling or energy of the problem has disappeared and the issue has been solved

Whilst in the future after the problem has been solved ask them to go into their heart and get whatever they need to learn and then ask them:

 

  • “What do you need to learn from this energy”?
  • “What does your heart need to teach you”?
  • “What are you doing out in the future, that once you let this energy go, you stop doing”?
  • “What are you not doing out in the future, that once you let this energy go, you start doing”?

 

Then ask them to let their higher self return and bring back any learnings from their heart back down into their body and clear out the energy of the problem with what they have learned.

Ask them to open their eyes, take a few deep breaths and come back into the room.
